Battle Rules
A tournament match is divided into individual battles. In order to win the match, you must win 3 Battle Points.
- 1 Battle Point for out-spinning the opponent
- 2 Battle Points for knocking the opponent out of the Arena
If the battle ends in a draw, neither Battler receives any Battle Points.
Battlers count down to the battle with “Ready! Set! Strike!” Battlers can begin revving their Strikers on the call of “Ready!” and must launch their Strikers at the word “Strike!”
Penalties
If a Battler commits a penalty, the battle ends and the opposing Battler receives 1 Battle Point.
- Launching your Striker early or late
- Touching your opponent's Striker
- Attempting to control and/or interfering with the control of your opponent's Striker
- Lifting your Striker off the Arena floor or throwing your Striker using the Controller
- Contacting the opponent's Striker with your Striker while your Striker is attached to the Controller
- Intentionally touching or shifting the Arena
